1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.

Exercise of the Right: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MIHAI CIORBA, e.U., support@ccode.at ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the statutory Model Withdrawal Form, which must be provided to you separately.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you payments received from you with the return fee deducted from the amount paid, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

3. Return of Goods and Costs

1. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
2. Costs / Fees: The statutory return cost is borne by the customer. Return fee deducted from the amount originally paid:
   • Austria: 4,90€
   • Other EU countries: 14,90€
3. Return Address: Riemergasse 2, C’code store, 1010 Wien, Austria.
4. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

• Goods that are custom-made or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., Underwear, swimwear, earrings, tights, and socks, if their seal has been removed).
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.
